This story is a response to the Challenge posted on Friday Fictioneers, which is a weekly blog link-up led by Rochelle Wisoff-Fields at Addicted to Purple. A story inspired by the photo prompt, a beginning, middle and end in just 100 words or below, making every word count. Here goes my attempt, hope you guys like it.
Our last date
When Id first met Sally, I was instantly in love with her. Her smell, it invaded all in me and I could feel her anytime I wanted. Like I do now.
Last year…it’d rained just like today. Just that it never stop for me…am still drenched. We had planned the day, it was supposed be our last date before marriage. In her favorite coffee shop…Ahhh she was some coffee lover…
The waters…washed away all. All that I had achieved in my life.
